The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly through in explaining treatment options. The office is clean, and well organized which makes every visit smooth and stress free. I highly recommend both the Marietta and Parkersburg offices to anyone in need or orthodontic care.

I was a little hesitant taking my 6 year old in for early intervention, but the staff was so welcoming and friendly. It put both of us at ease! When we left our appointment, my son claimed it was “the best ever.”

Dr. Eckels was the nicest person I have ever met. He told me that I would have to get braces soon, but never criticized my teeth like dentists do. The checkup took five seconds and was very cool because I got my Rewards card. GO ECKELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i went for impressions and they were really nice even though i was nervous and then when i had to get my spacers i was really scared and she was so gentle and explained everything before she did it.
The staff makes you feel special. You can ask questions and get answers immediately. They also keep their patients informed about their progress, what's going on and what needs to be done. Love the fun contests that they have! Dr. Eckels truly cares about his staff and his patients and that's obvious. The staff seems to love coming to work and seems to love their patients! I wish they'd share their secret with other offices!
Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Every time I go there, they make you feel comfortable and always know how to make you laugh. They are very professional and let you know exactly what you need to know. I recommend them for any one with orthodontic needs
