I liked that Dr. Eckels talked to me not just my parents. I really liked seeing the examples of the braces, retainers, and expanders. I really really really like the rewards program!!! I like the books, tablets, and tv in the waiting room. I thought the floor design was really cool, it looks like water :) I liked that the people were so nice to me.
