Everyone is always so nice and helpful there. When you go in they treat you like family and there is no reason to be scared.

I give the Parkersburg Eckels a 5 out 5 rating because of the iPads. I used to love playing on them.
The staff is really sweet and understanding whenever you ask them questions or anything. The smiles they produce are amazing.
