The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and incredibly through in explaining treatment options. The office is clean, and well organized which makes every visit smooth and stress free. I highly recommend both the Marietta and Parkersburg offices to anyone in need or orthodontic care.

I was a little hesitant taking my 6 year old in for early intervention, but the staff was so welcoming and friendly. It put both of us at ease! When we left our appointment, my son claimed it was “the best ever.”

Dr. Eckels was the nicest person I have ever met. He told me that I would have to get braces soon, but never criticized my teeth like dentists do. The checkup took five seconds and was very cool because I got my Rewards card. GO ECKELS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like Eckels because the building is nice and clean, the people are nice, caring, respectful, and polite. when they work on my teeth they are gentle. we like the chapstick a whole lot.
I really like how organized the office is and how nice and welcoming the staff is. We are just starting our journey and cant wait for the results.

The office staff was very friendly and made my son feel involved by explaining the 1st phase of his treatment step by step in a way that he understood what was going to be taking place and why. I was every pleased with them not overwhelming us with everything until the 1st process is finished and then will go from there to determine what and when the next steps are needed. Highly recommend this office!
