The first time I went to Eckels, I had a scheduled appointment early in the morning. Over the phone, they said they could get me in and out of my consultation in 20 minutes so I could make it to work on time. I got to the office 10 minutes early and ended up waiting over 30 minutes without being called. I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work. My mom and I went up to the desk to tell them we were leaving and canceling the appointment, but we were ignored because the receptionists were on the phone. So we left.
We decided to give Eckels one more chance, so we made another appointment. We waited probably 10 minutes and got called back. Let me say, they redeemed themselves. Ginny was the lady who did the initial consultation and she was so nice and down-to-earth. And Dr. Eckels was nice as well. They both talked to me like I was a person and explained everything very clearly.
